Please could someone give me some advice. Our clormatic has worked very well over the winter and up till last month, since when it has not produced any chlorine although it says it is working, flow, cell on and cell reversing etc and it is showing no problems numbers on the machine. We have cleaned the cell and are now at a loss to know what is wrong. The machine is 4 yrs old. Our ph machine is working but not very efficiently.

Just a remark, but I'm not a specialist over this kind of material. Do you have enough salt in your water ?
According to what you are saying, it may be only a used cell problem.
The best may be to ask the question to your profesional or simply call the service after sale of the company doing the importation of that product in France : AQUALUX 04 90 92 75 01.
